The Springfield-Greene County Park Board offers a variety of youth baseball programs from team registered recreational leagues to individual registered beginner programs for ages 4-9. Co-ed entry level instructional league for ages 4-9 focusing on the fundamentals of baseball. Players are placed on teams with volunteer coaches. Score is not kept during games. T-Ball and Coach Pitch divisions are available. Includes T-shirt. Games are Saturdays only and held at Killian, Cooper, or Meador Complexes. Offered in spring and summer.
Recreational league. Register by team. Coach Pitch 6U to Player Pitch 12U.
Spring and fall leagues held at the Betty and Bobby Allison Miracle League Ball Field in Dan Kinney Park. Seven-week leagues for youth and adults with disabilities. Scholarships may be available. Volunteer coaches and buddies are needed, training is provided! Details at parkboard.org/miracle.
