Visit the Active site and click "Create an Account" in the top right corner on desktop or at the top of the hamburger menu on mobile. Already have an Active account and want to add family members? Skip to Step 7. Already have your family members entered and want to set up your Pool Connection? Skip to Step 10.
Enter your email address and click "Next".
Complete the form with your information and preferences. Click "Next".
Complete the form with the rest of your information and preferences.
Woohoo! Your account has been created. Go to your email and click the confirmation link to finish activating your account.
Sign in to your new Active account using your email address and password.
If applicable, it's time to enter in your family member information. This could include your partner or spouse, dependents, or anyone else you would like included on your Pool Connection ID. Click on "Manage Family Member" in blue on the right side of the screen.
Click on "Add family member" on the right in the gray box on desktop, or in blue at the bottom of the list on mobile.
Input information for your family member. You may use your own email address if your family member doesn't have one.
Click on "Passes" in the gray menu on desktop, or the hamburger menu on mobile.
Click "Enroll now" in the Pool Connection box.
Ensure information is correct, and click the "Add to cart" button. Although this is a check out procedure, the Pool Connection is 100% free, and no payment information is required. Complete the checkout process and you are set! You and your family members can add photos to the account on your first visit to the pool, or at any Park Board family center.
