Refunds and Cancellations

  • All refund requests must be made 5 business days prior to trip or program.
  • All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
  • Due to constantly changing weather, and other outdoor hazards, Outdoor Initiatives reserves the right to postpone or cancel outdoor trips based on current and predicted outdoor conditions.
  • Trips are typically cancelled or postponed the Friday before. Participants will be notified by email if a trip is cancelled or postponed.
  • Participants that are unable to attend the weather dates of postponed programs will have the option to receive a full refund, or transfer to another Park Board program.
  • Refund requests can take up to one month to complete depending on the type of payment.
