Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Dan Kinney Family Center members.

Dan Kinney Family Center offers virtual classes, available to members whenever the aerobics room is not in use. Classes range 20-50 minutes, and include: Fusion (Yoga-Pilates Mix), Definitions (Toning), Express (Intense 20-Minute Workouts), Kinetics (Total-Body Interval/Circuit Workouts), Stomp (Step Class), TKO (Cardio Kickboxing), Transitions (Workouts geared to 45+) and Vibe (Dance aerobics).
