Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Dan Kinney Family Center members.

Buti Yoga

A yoga practice that brings together intention and fun. This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and body sculpting primal movements. This class is for women 18 yrs. and up. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Family Spin
An exercise class for the whole family! Join Family Spin for a fun indoor cycling class the whole family can enjoy. Youth bikes fit children between 48-63” tall. Those taller may use standard bikes. Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian.

Little Runners

Free Virtual Classes


Dan Kinney Family Center offers virtual classes, available to members whenever the aerobics room is not in use. Classes range 20-50 minutes, and include: Fusion (Yoga-Pilates Mix), Definitions (Toning), Express (Intense 20-Minute Workouts), Kinetics (Total-Body Interval/Circuit Workouts), Stomp (Step Class), TKO (Cardio Kickboxing), Transitions (Workouts geared to 45+) and Vibe (Dance aerobics).
