Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Dan Kinney Family Center members.

  1. SilverSneakers: Circuit


    A safe and heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle using lowimpact movements that focus specifically on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance. This is a higher intensity class than Classic and CardioFit. View flyer.

  2. SilverSneakers: Classic


    Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. View flyer.

  5. Core Strength Pilates
