1. Coronavirus Update

    Chesterfield Family Center is now open.

    Monday-Friday, 5 a.m.-9 p.m.
    Saturday, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
    Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
    Members and guests must clean workout equipment after use. Cleaning supplies are provided. Personal training, health assessments and additional fitness classes have resumed – see current schedule.


    Drop-In Pickleball, open volleyball and basketball in the gym have resumed. Basketball games using side goals only. No physical contact, must maintain 3 ft of separation.

    Game Rooms will be open during all facility hours. Staff will clean/disinfect between each use (no handoffs to other patrons). Coffee service is not currently available. Childcare remains closed.

    Please continue to practice social distancing by maintaining six feet of separation from other users, and no congregating in common areas.

Fitness Assessments
Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Chesterfield Family Center members.

    Challenging workouts involving strength and cardiovascular training through sprints, jumps, weights, and circuits. Class content is always changing and varies with each instructor. These are moderate to advanced classes for participants seeking new ways to improve their physique and work capacity.

    In these classes, participants will use one or multiple steps throughout the class to creating a wide variety of activities while providing participants with an excellent workout. The instructor will prompt participants with specific verbal cues regarding exercises and techniques. These are good choices for anyone seeking non-traditional “step-aerobics”.

  4. Dance/Aerobics Fusion


    An excellent high energy class that features floor aerobics and dance styles. All levels of skill are welcome. You have the option of performing either high or low impact moves during your workout as your instructor shows you each option.
