Definitions for Membership Types |
||||
| Family: A legally married couple, living together, and their children, or a single parent and their children. Children through age 18, or if they are a full time student, age 22. | ||||
| Individual: Individual Adult who is 19 or older, and their children younger than 9. Children on this membership may only use the childcare area, not the rest of the facility. | ||||
| Youth: Individual who is 18 or younger. Children younger than 12 must be accompanied by a person 16 or older. | ||||
| Senior: Individual who is 60 or older. | ||||
| Senior Couple: Married couple, either of whom is 60 or older | ||||
| Corporate: Available for both Individuals and Families. Must have at least 10 employees to receive the 10% corporate discount. | ||||
| College Student: A full-time student who can provide a current, valid proof of enrollment (school schedule) and a school I.D. at the time of joining. | ||||
Membership Expiration Date |
||||
| All memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once a membership expires, individuals will not be permitted to use the facility unless they renew or pay the daily fee. There is not a grace period on membership renewal payments. | ||||
| After an application has been processed, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships cannot be transferred from one member to a new individual. Individuals wishing to be considered for a refund or credit due to extenuating circumstances must complete a Request for Refund Form available at the front desk. All requests will be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. Requests for refunds instead of a credit will be assessed a $10 processing fee. If refunds or credits are granted, they will be prorated from the time the refund request was approved. Refund credits will only be held on account for one year from the date of credit approval. | ||||
