| in Close Memorial Park | The Butterfly House located in Close Memorial Park, next to the Ornamental Grass Garden is staffed by the Friends of the Gardens Volunteers. They are open on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm. The season opens May 15th and closes September 30th. Entrance into the Butterfly House is free. Tours for groups are free, if you are interested in scheduling a tour please contact 417-593-3414. The house is screened in and butterflies can be viewed from outside during non-business hours. | |
