SUPPORT THE GARDENS

Volunteering at the Botanical Center: Volunteers have been instrumental in helping the Gardens grow in many ways. From gardening to guiding, office work to community involvement, volunteers have contributed their time and talent generously in service to the Gardens. Become a Botanical Center Volunteer and learn new gardening skills, form friendships with like-minded plant and garden enthusiasts, and give energy in support of programs that make the Gardens a better community resource for all of us to enjoy!

The Friends of the Garden is devoted to maintaining and enhancing the surrounding 26 gardens and adding 20 more at the 114-acre park and arboretum. Tax-deductible annual memberships and/or contributions to the Friends of the Garden Growth and Maintenance Fund can be made payable and sent to Friends of the Garden, P.O. Box 8566, Springfield, MO, 65801. Please note on the check memo line what it is for.

Members receive a quarterly newsletter currently tucked inside an issue of the Greene Magazine, discounts on Friends' sponsored courses and workshops, and free admission to the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden for two people for the season.
