Join us for a Game of S.K.A.T.E. contest. The Game of SKATE rules are basic. One skater starts the game by doing a trick of their choice. If the trick is not landed, another player attempts to set a trick. Once a trick has been set (landed), the other player(s) must respond by doing the same trick in their first try. If they make it the game continues; if they miss it, they get a letter, starting with S, and so on, until they have missed five tricks, spelling SKATE, and they are out, or the game is over. The last skater standing is declared the winner, like the basketball game HORSE. Our High Ollie contest is one of the most energetic contests at the Skate Park. Skaters will compete to have the highest jump over the Ollie bar, the skater with the highest jump is declared winner of the contest. Springfield Skate Park 868-8758
