Fitness assessments are available to members. A qualified fitness professional will help you design a fitness program appropriate to your needs. Your goals, limitations, and injury history will be taken into account to create an individualized program. This services is free for all Chesterfield Family Center members.

  1. SilverSneakers: Boom Move


    A higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class uses simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. View flyer.

    A very demanding class utilizing Accelerated Cross Training and circuit training to improve body composition, strength, and work capacity. This is an moderate to advanced class.
